The Student Legal Aid and Action Committee (SLAAC) of the University Student Council, led this year by USC Councilor Simoun Salinas from the College of Law, has recently come up with a primer of our basic rights. Taken from the 1987 Constitution, this primer is part of a series aiming to inform us of the laws we need to know. The Law Representative to the USC, Chingkay Martirez, is this primer's editor.
S.A.G.U.T. Ka ng SLAAC stands for Sasamahan, Aalalayan, Gagabayan, Uugnayin at Tutulungan Ka ng SLAAC.
